EXCLUSIVE: Bop House Co-Founder Camilla Araujo Exits A Week After Sophie Rain As She Starts ‘New Era’

Less than a week after Sophie Rain left Bop House, co-founder Camilla Araujo has confirmed she is leaving the popular creator collective as she says the decision is the start of a ‘new era’ for her career.

On Camilla’s Monday podcast episode of Clock It, Julia Fillipoo asked Camilla: “Are you happy with leaving the Bop House and spreading your wings?”

Camilla Responds: “Yeah, I am excited, I have a lot of things coming up, I am shooting for a lot of magazines.”

In an interview with Raav over the weekend, she elaborated on her strained relationship with Sophie Rain: “Business partners. Okay. Yeah. Well, we were business partners.”

“I mean, it is what it is. Like seven girls in a house, like there’s bound to be some drama, but no, not over here.”

Talking about Brand collabs and which ones she chooses, she said, “I think it’s about what feels right. It’s about what makes you feel good. I think that’s what happens like in life in general. You pick the things that make you feel good. It feeds your soul. You do it. If you feel like it’s a good opportunity, you do it. I’m not perfect. I don’t probably don’t make the right choices all the time, but I do what I feel is best.”

An exclusive clip from the pod:

We were business partners, but at some point, you have to recognize when a chapter has run its course,” Camila said. “Bop House was a great experience for what it was, but I knew deep down I needed to focus on my own career and creative direction. It wasn’t about walking away from anyone personally — it was about walking toward something that felt more aligned with my goals.” “Leaving Bop House was really about doing what feels right for me at this stage of my life,” she says. “I’ve been putting more energy into my modeling, my business partnerships, and collaborations that challenge me creatively. Sometimes you have to close one door so another one can fully open.”
